Becomes Reality
In the aftermath of the alien plague, over 400 million of the population is dead and with the other 3 million fighting for survival. In San Francisco all hell has broken loose and martial law is in effect. The self-elected government of the New State of San Francisco has made it a priority to preserve precious supplies for the ruling elite, even if it means eliminating other survivors who are in competition for the same supplies. Roland Henderson decides that it is no longer safe in the city and plots to take his family and escape to the Free State of Oregon and sanctuary. In the FSO, he dreams of starting life anew, and making a life for he and his family, or so he thought.
